Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will usually ship within 1 to 2 business days after the date you placed the order. Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS Ground. We will choose the most effective method of shipping based on your location and size/weight of the package.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

When your order has shipped we will provide you with tracking information via email.

Please let us know if you have any special shipping requests, we will do our best to meet your requests.

In an effort to provide you with a greater selection of flags to choose from, we have included some non- stock items on the site. In these cases please allow 1-7 business days for your order to process. We will call you and let you know about the details of all the items in your order.

In the event we are out of stock of the items you have ordered, we will call first and or e-mail you to let you know when those items will be available for shipping. We have excellent customer service and will make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order and shipping details. We will give you a full refund if you are not completely satisfied.

TYPICAL GROUND DELIVERY TIMES

  • USPS Priority Mail will be delivered in 1 to 4 business days
  • FedEx ground will be delivered from 1 to 5 business days
  • UPS Ground will be delivered from 1 to 7 business days

RUSH SHIPPING

1 day and 2 day air shipping is provided for orders that are in stock in our store. You must place your order before 3pm MST and you must notify us by phone at 208-890-5246. Your order will ship the next business day if the items are in stock. There will be additional shipping charges since our website only calculates a flat shipping rate. We will explain all of the details. The recipient will normally receive the order on time, but sometimes weather issues delay the delivery and it does not arrive as scheduled. I am merely stating that there are no delivery guarantees with any carriers.

SHIPPING ERRORS

We will make every effort to ensure you receive your order correctly, but sometimes shipping/picking errors occur. In the event we shipped you an incorrect item, please notify us and we will promptly correct the error at no charge to you.

OTHER SHIPPING POLICIES

Oversize and/or heavy items will sometimes require additional shipping charges. If this occurs we will notify you by phone or e-mail before shipping your order about any additional charges. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will sometimes require additional shipping charges. We will notify you by e-mail or phone before shipping your order if there are any additional charges.

SHIPPING TO AN APO ADDRESS

We will ship to any APO military installation via the U.S. Postal Service. We will notify you by e-mail or phone before shipping your order if there are any additional shipping charges. There are usually customs forms that have to be completed. We love to support our troops!

RETURN POLICY

You may return any stock items that you are not satisfied with within 15 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. The Items must be in new condition, should not have been used, and they must be returned in the original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot refund the original shipping costs to you. We will refund the cost of the item and any applicable taxes you paid. The shipping cost to return the items back to our store will be at your expense.

ITEMS THAT ARE NON-RETURNABLE

  • Custom flags or “made to order” items
  • Special order items, not usually stocked
  • Items that were purchased on clearance sale
  • Items that are used
