Artwork Guidelines

CUSTOM QUOTES:

We will provide free custom quotes on custom flags, rodeo flags, custom banners, street banners, pennant strings, table drapes, flagpoles, flagpole installations, and more.  I will always have a sample to show you of the materials we can provide.  Call or e-mail us with your project or ideas.

ARTWORK 
We prefer to receive your artwork file in Adobe Illustrator CS6 or PDF files that are vectored/converted to outlines.  Accepted file formats include: AI, PDF, EPS, and CDR (vectored formats).  We will also accept these file formats:  JPG, JPEG, GIF, TIF, BMP, DOC.  These file formats might require additional art charges as they will probably have to be vectored.  We will discuss your artwork and the options with you.  If you decide to place an order, we will send you an electronic color proof “computer File” of the flag or item you have ordered.  Please send your artwork files to Sales@FlagStoreIdaho.com

ARTWORK TRADEMARKS & LICENSING 
Artwork submitted by you or your client for use in producing a custom order will be accepted as being in full compliance with all laws regarding copyrights, trademarks, patents, licensing, etc.  You and or your client agree that, by submitting artwork for our use, that these laws will not be violated.  The Flag Store of Idaho shall not be held responsible for your non-compliance with such laws.

CUSTOM MANUFACTURING/PRODUCTION TIMES
Production times vary from 2 weeks to 4 weeks. Large quantities or complex items may require a longer lead-time. Rushed production is available, but requires a rush charge.  We will always let you know how long your job will take on your free quote.

TERMS 
New customer accounts require 100% down payment with order. You can also apply for credit with our company, with terms of net 15 days.

RETURNED NSF CHECKS 
There is a $50.00 charge for NSF checks returned for any reason.
