This spinning flagpole has a section that spins on ball bearings so your flag will not wrap around the pole. The pole has a clip at the top which accomodates pole sleeved flags. It also comes with two flag fasteners, that will alow you to attach a grommeted flag up to size 3' x 5' ft. This is a two piece pole that screws together.
